Let the Irish national team play in the World Cup 2010 in South Africa!

2009-12-03
The Irish national team deserve to be in the world World cup, but the hope for that looks unfortunately not bright. The Football Association of Ireland realized that the suggestion of an additional place at the World Cup is not a possibility and didn`t raise it at FIFA Executive Committee meeting 2 December 2009. It`s very hard to accept that the World Cup final play is going to be without the Irish national team!

If football had been fair: The Irish national team should definitely be playing in the World Cup final play in South Africa 2010.

The French should be kick out for obvious cheating. Instead they become rewarded for the dirty trix they used.

Ireland was also the best team without any shadow of doubt. If Ireland is not going to play in South Africa next year, the world football will also miss the most joyfull, friendly and best supporters in the world: the Irish.

So what is FIFA going to do about rules and use of technology in the future to make the football more fair?

Letting Ireland out of the World cup in South Africa, it`s like taking something out of what makes football fascinating, credible, respecting and valuable. I can only see it one way: Ireland is the real winner here! Ireland 5-0, France 0, FIFA 0.

The Frence "champion" Thierry Henry is used in a Gillette`s campaign now a days. Be aware of that Gillette has manipulated the photos of him, so he is not having the ball in his hand anymore: http://www.gillette.com/en-US/#/entertainment/gillettechampions/en-US/index.shtml/ Thierry Henry deserves to be placed in the "Hall of Shame".

Keep up your fantastic guts and wonderful football Ireland. Your supporters are the best in the world! My heart is with you! Come on Ireland!
