Our path leaded us to the mine Åkerberggruve, which is located in the municipality of Råde, in Norway. For around tree hours on Sunday 4th January 2015, our path took us around in the wild forest. Along the way we crossed a frozzen creek, a streaming creek, observed a small mysterious cabin, moss covered stones, green mountain ridges, different kind of trees, strange art shaped by Mother Nature and the silent pond Isebakktjern.

Our round-trip Sunday 4th January 2015 in the pristine forest gave us plenty of opportunities to appreciate the beauty of the wilderness. The area constitute a paradise for outdoor recreation and experience of a untouched nature. This forest near Kleiva and Engen in Råde is really a area where we find trekking as its own reward: good for our health and a feast for our eyes.

The farm was was full packed with happy people on Saturday 6th December 2014 - a colourful and lively traditional Christmas market with many Christmas gifts, figures, Christmas ornaments etc. Had a good time eating traditional Christmas food, cakes and candies. Enjoyed the riding show, chainsaw show, dog show, tractor driving and jumped in the hay in the barn.

In Våler`s dense "jungle" you can climb, swing and yell as Tarzan, not to say soar. With a 207 metres long Zip-line give you a wonderful feeling to fly through the air. On Sunday 28th September 2014 it was full activity here.

Storytelling from past. The art of storytelling is different from now, but it was fascinating observing these nearly 3000 years carvings: a cultural heritage in its full pride. It`s bear witness to human activity in Southern Norway already in prehistoric time - the Bronze Age. These carvings are unique because they are the only registered carvings in the region of Moss.

The streets in the town of Moss come alive again: a lighted parade full of small and big Santas were singing carols. It was on the first Sunday of Advent (1st December 2013), the township in Moss gathered together for the Christmas Parade and lightened the Christmas Tree.

A wonderful view from the top of Henestangen og Fugleleiken utkikstårn, watchtower in Råde, Moss in Norway (13.10.13). The tower is 20 metres high and was built previous year. Here I could observe the surrounding area in central Østfold fylke, county. Full activity on the ground: grilling and playing. People had a really god time in the forest.
